Ambiance feutrée, Les moktails étaient très bon, nous avons pris des mises en bouche qui étaient de toute beauté, ainsi que des entrées, plat principal, pré-dessert et dessert! Je dirais que nous avons vécu une expérience gastronomique,
mais à un prix Bistronomique! Nous allons y retourner parce qu’il est devenu notre restaurant préféré à Québec. J’adore manger de la fraîcheur et chaud mon plat principal.

Nous sommes allés dimanche soir 28 janvier nous étions trois et comme toujours c,était un pur délice ,la bavette de veau mon épouse l,a adoré moi j,ai,pris la côtelette de veau cuisson impeccable et la dame qui nous accompagnait à pris un tartare de saumon elle a 96 ans et elle mange très bien
Service du jeune serveur impeccable ,très attentionné
Le choix du vin chateau st Michelle excellent (mais pas donne 72.00 )

Le Bistango, une valeur sure ! tout est bon, du plat principal au dessert, le service des plus courtois, que dire de plus ! J y retourne chaque fois que je suis à Québec...
J'aime bien aller luncher au Bistango... Très bien localisé, service à la fois attentionné et efficace et c'est surtout très bon... en particulier le tartare ! Miam !
Nadia gave us a service exeptional with her kindness and are professionalism. She was to us of a help to arrange the wine and our dish according to our taste. I recommend it to everybody for your visit at Bistango place.

Was actually hungry and left hungry. 3 scallops for $50!? And they were rubber. Terrible. I would never have eaten here had it not been connected to the hotel. What a disappointment.

My eggs were overcooked, the bacon was more than ordinary, the usual sorting of fruits, only one piece of bred and the coffee was not great. The only thing good was the service.
